What else
What people ask us about next.
Once the admin is joined up, the questions change. These are the things we get asked about most, and every one of them is something AI genuinely does today.
- Websites
- Branding
- Templates and paperwork
- Marketing
- Business plans
- Business strategy
- Local SEO
- A website, on your own domain
- Designed and built with AI, live on your own domain, and it can look like the one you are reading. We set the domain and hosting up with you; you pay those two bills because everybody has to. If you already have a site, we will leave it alone.
- A logo, and a look that holds together
- A simple mark, a palette and a typeface that agree with each other - then everything that carries them. Social headers, email signatures, letterhead, invoice and quote templates.
- The paperwork a business actually runs on
- Terms, quotes, proposals, invoices, a capability deck. Built once from your own details, so you are never starting at a blank page again.
- Marketing you can keep producing yourself
- Service descriptions, ad copy, a social calendar and the emails to go with it - set up so that next month takes you twenty minutes rather than a weekend.
- A business plan, and the Skill that writes the next one
- We walk you through building a Skills file that holds your numbers, your market and the way you write - then use it to produce the business plan you have been meaning to write since you started. Properly structured, in your own figures, and short enough that a bank or a partner will actually read it. The Skill stays yours, so next year’s takes an afternoon rather than a fortnight.
- A marketing plan you can actually run
- Who you are really selling to, what to say to them, where they are, and what to do first - built from your own data rather than guessed at. We connect Google Analytics and Search Console for what people already find you for, Semrush for what your competitors are ranking on, and your ad accounts for what is genuinely converting. The plan is then written against those numbers, and rewritten when you want it looked at again.
- Business strategy, when you want a second head
- Pricing, positioning, which customers are worth chasing, whether that new line is a good idea. The kind of thinking a small business usually has to do alone at the kitchen table.
- Local SEO, so people nearby actually find you
- Your Google Business Profile filled in properly rather than half-finished, the pages that make you turn up for "<your trade> near me", reviews chased without it feeling like nagging, and your details kept identical across the listings that count. Local SEO (search engine optimisation, done for your own area) is unglamorous, and it is often the single biggest source of local work.
Some of these we will simply show you how to do, because the method is not a secret. A website built this way is a couple of hours’ work once you know how, and this one was. The ones that keep going - a marketing plan worth revisiting, local SEO that needs maintaining - are work rather than an afternoon, so we quote those after a conversation. Teach you, or do it for you. Both are on the table, and neither is assumed.
The only thing we cannot include is what other people charge. A domain runs about £10 to £15 a year, and a small hosting plan £40 to £80 a year, so budget somewhere around £50 to £95 annually - often less. We will set both up with you at no extra charge, and they stay in your name, not ours.
The next step
The cost of waiting is not zero.
Somewhere in your market, a business the same size as yours has stopped writing follow-ups by hand. They are quoting faster than you, chasing money you are still chasing manually, and starting Monday already knowing where they stand. That gap does not stay the same size.
Half an hour on the phone. You describe your week, we tell you honestly which parts of it are worth automating and which are cheaper left alone. No pitch, and nothing to sign.
